Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In some cases, your order will be processed between 1 or 2 business day after email confirmation.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience longer than usual shipping times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All charges for your order will be calculated during checkout and displayed for you to choose from a variety of options.
Local delivery
We offer $4.99CAD same-day delivery flat rate shipping to the Greater Toronto Area.
We will contact you via text message or email that you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
Don’t want to pay for shipping? If you are in Ontario, we offer a local pickup option. This allows you to save in shipping by picking up your order at our office location in Toronto.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, and Mexico. The shipping rates and delivery time varies. You will be able to choose the shipping service you would like. Each service will also display a EAT.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tekdria is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been fully processed and shipped, you will receive an email with all the information to successfully receive your package. This includes a tracking number which you will be able to use to track your package.
If the order is taking longer than usual, or longer than shown in your email, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We strongly recommend you do not use PO Boxes for shipping.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date, if the item meets our requirements as indicated in our refund policy, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tekdria@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
