Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange under any circumstance.
Before starting a return, your item must meet eligibility as not all items are refundable. The item of purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & match the exact same product you received. In addition, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Any type of product that is considered a health or gygene product
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days from original purchased date
Refunds
If your item is refundable and meets our criteria, please proceed to start the refund by sending an email to tekdria@gmail.com. Once we receive the item you would like a refund for, we will carefully inspect it to assure it meets the criteria. Once a decision is reached, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund was approved or rejected.
If your item is successfully approved for a refund, you will receive the amount to the same form of payment you used to purchase the item. The amount of days it takes to process the refund varies by payment method.
Late or missing refunds
Please confirm with your bank, credit card provider, or any institution that is managing your account before you attempt to contact us for late or missing refunds.
Sale items
Products on sale that are discounted do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated on the product page. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
We may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis if an item is damaged. This is contingent on product stock & availability.
Shipping returns
To start the return process, please send us an email at tekdria@gmail.com and we will provide you with the address you need to ship your item to.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returning your item to us. If you do not want to pay for the returning shipping, we will discount this from your refunded total.
For expensive purchases, we highly recommend you use a shipping service that includes a tracking code or insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the item.
